Would you be able to use a dormant page?

  There is this dormant page ‘afterhisheart.wordpress.com’. There is no real content, but the name is already taken. Would it be possible to remove the dormant name so others can use it?

  Hi there:

  We cannot recycle or reassign site addresses (URLs) that have previously been used, even if the site is no longer active. We respect site owners’ ownership of their content and, therefore, will not move or delete a site without its owner’s consent — no matter how long it has been since their last update.
