  Instead of complaining, you could carefully read the answers you got at https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/cannot-login-to-my-site-through-safari-or-chrome/. You are getting help but for some reason you don’t believe the people who are trying to help you.

  This forum can help with https://k9knoseit118095264.wordpress.com/ but not sites that aren’t on WordPress.com servers.
  Why not log in to your site directly at GoDaddy? http://www.k9knoseit.com/wp-login.php?
