WP account and site got unlinked

Hi there! My site was built with WordPress originally. About a month ago, the site went down and I’m still not sure why – but my domain is through GoDaddy and they take and keep backups of the site. I was able to restore the site from a backup on GoDaddy, but since that time, it’s like my site and my WordPress account got unlinked somehow. I used to be able to log in to Wordpres with this info and see omtricia.com under my sites – now it isn’t there, and my WordPress log in info no longer works to log in to omtricia.com/wp-login.php. I’ve tried everything I can think of to fix it but nothing has worked. What can I do to get them ‘linked’ back again?
