wp-admin 404 not found
-
This is a very big problem. Once a person created a website for me and gave me only the wp-admin access. Today I was changing the name of the URLs of the website with another web domain that I’ve bought and this was a very unconscious action that brought to the problem that I encountered: “404 not found” when trying to access to the page for signing in.
How can I log again into my wp-admin without having the DB mysql access?
Thank you very much!

The Admin login link for the site linked to your username is
https://skillshakingdotcom.wordpress.com/wp-admin/If you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting then you are posting to the wrong support forum
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

re: wordpress.com hosted blogs
The Admin login link for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
Clicking this link should display all blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibilityIf the log-in information is lost visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
If you are not successful gaining access to the blog then please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

How can I log again into my wp-admin without having the DB mysql access?
If this is a Jetpack issue with a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting then read on please.
Note that Jetpack is a plugin used by WordPress.ORG bloggers to achieve parity with what we already have built in to WordPress.COM blogs. Therefore, you may want to share you solution on the Jetapack support forum at WordPress.ORG.
re: Jetpack support
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.me/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack
However, if you can’t find help at either one then you can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-serviceSee also this guide to Disconnect Jetpack Sites http://en.support.wordpress.com/disconnect-jetpack-sites/
Also note that for WordPress.ORG issues, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
