  Does wordpress.com and wordpress.org have identical dashboards

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi

  The dashboards are not identical, but you can access the wp-admin portion of WordPress.com by going to https://tczconstruction.wordpress.com/wp-admin

  The overall look and functions are the same (pages, post, media) but some of the menus are different based on the features of WordPress.com
