  I am looking to add a WP admin, for example To access my dashboard, the URL will be http://www.carlavanstaden.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It’s not recommended to have several admins, see : https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/

  In this link you have the explanation about all roles availables and also the process to add new team members or update roles ;)
