I need WordPress to help me with the message I get, ‘here has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’ when I go to my site’s wp-admin. I have tried everything. I need help and I can’t seem to get it.
What does it take to get help here?

Hey there, can you send a link to the site? The one you listed seems fine, but it also seems new and blank, and I don’t see other sites on your account.
Generally any site on our services capable of showing a critical error will also get chat-based support, but it sounds like you may be using your own DIY copy of WordPress with another host. These forums are for the sites hosted and managed here at WordPress.com, vs. sites using WordPress code with another host. If you’re not sure about your site, send a link, and we can point you in the right direction.
If it is definitely hosted somewhere else, we’d recommend contacting your host first. This troubleshooting guide for common errors may help them help you. If you need more assistance, try searching and posting in the forums for the free WordPress software: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
And, if you’d like to move your site to our services so we can provide direct help, let know! We’d be happy to help you move your site here once you’re able to access it.
