    Hi,

I am one of three Admins for our site and I have recently set up three Mailboxes on the WP Admin page under the ‘My Mailboxes’ page.

However, I am the only one of the three Admins that have the “My Mailboxes’ menu item on the left. Has anyone any ideas how to make the other Admins see this menu item?

    Thanks

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there! 👋🏼

I checked your site admins, and from what I saw, they’re invited to the site as local WordPress users — this means they don’t have actual WordPress.com accounts created, and they can only log in to the site via /wp-admin.

I suggest removing them from the site (thepags.org/wp-admin/users.php) and inviting them by following this guide:

This guide will explain how you can invite others to work on your website and grant different levels of permission depending on what you want the person to be able to do. Add Users to Your Site Instead of giving someone your username and password (which would be a security risk), you can invite them to create their own user account on your site, becoming part of your “Team.” To view y

This will ensure their WordPress.com accounts are created along with their local WordPress users, and they’ll be able to access the “My Mailboxes” like you can. 😊

Thanks for this, went through the process but it didn’t change anything unfortunately.

Hi there, can you share the username of the folks that you are looking to add the mailbox option for? I see you have several admins on your site and I’m not clear which 3 are affected so we can investigate. Thanks!

Thanks for replying. Actually things changed the following day. Once the Admin, that I was trying to reconfigure, logged back in the next day everything was set up as we wanted with the Mailboxes visible. Presumable there were cache clashes when trying to do it in one session.

    So all now fixed thanks.
