hello i made a website for a friend its about an online news magazine , the site is fine but we have huge load on admin-ajax.php i tried to fix it by trying to debug all the plugins but it wasent from any plugin , when i try to do the waterfall on gtmetrix this shows up as post
action=nio_ajax_data_update&nonce=c1dbf0942c
any help about that please ?
