wp admin and website is not working

    How can we get wp admin page for that, it’s a premium account. Even couldn’t open

    It was working before one week and there was an account. Even its showing in google but when we click on that link its not working. URL is http://www.erietandoorihut.com . and we cannot get the admin page itself. and we don’t remember the hosting too. is there any website attack or I don’t know the reason for the this white dead screen error.

    Please help immediately.

    Thanks for that! We can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host erietandoorihut.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting.

    To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.

    Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at GoDaddy. As a result, we do not have access to your site and are not familiar with the source of your issue.

    I would recommend reaching out to GoDaddy for help as your site is reporting a 404 Not Found server error, which would be something that they can help with and fix.

    at least we couldn’t open the WordPress account like it showing no user existing . Please help in that too. how we can sign in to WordPress as we are a premium account
