wp-admin blank page, I tried everything

    I have problem accessing my wp-admin page.
    the problem started as follows:
    the bloge and the control panal was working great, but I changed the wordpress address URL so the blog stop working, then I changed the address back using the phpmyadmin. and the blog started working again, but when accessing the wp-admin, i get the blank page. but when I access the wp-login.php, I get the username and password page, but when I entered them also I get the blank page.
    I tried the following but the problame us the same:
    1- I deactivated the plugins by rename the plugins folder and creating new one.
    2- I changed the current theme folder, but the the blog (and the wp-admin) is blank page
    3- I replaced the wp-config.php with frsh one (only changed the database name .. etc)
    4- I uploaded a fresh copy of the folders wp-admin and the wp-includes
    5- I deleted any empty lines in the end of the wp-config.php and the function.php files
    so what do I have to do next, to get access to the wp-admin?
