WP-ADMIN DASHBOARD- CANNOT GO IN

Please tell me how to go wp-admin dashboard. I could not get into the admin page.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there. Are you trying to access the Admin for your blog cqueksan.wordpress.com?
You can access it directly at http://cqueskan.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
You should also see an Admin Bar at the top of your site while you are logged into WordPress.com.

This means you are not logged into the user account that created the blog. Please make sure you are logged into the same user.

Click the link on the right sidebar of this page that says “Subscribe to Topic.”
You’ll also notice there’s a checkbox to “Notify me of followup posts via e-mail” below the post box that you can use when you are replying to a thread.

Apologies for any inconvenience you’ve been experiencing. We’re testing something different for a very small fraction of new users, and I can confirm that all three of you were included. The setting on your expires after 24 hours so your sites should be functioning normally soon.
