WP Admin Dashboard is Missing?

  Where’s the Admin dashboard gone to? I want to add Links. I’m instructed to create a Blog Roll…but it came with a blog roll. I can send a Screen Shot. I’ve spent the last half hour following the WP steps (I’ve been blogging on WP for many years and could always navigate w/the old dashboard).

  Never mind! I copied the URL from an old blog for its Admin page and it works.

  Could you copy the relevant bits of that URL here? I can’t find the dashboard either, so half the help pages here aren’t any use!

  (I’m trying to manage my tags. The instructions require me to start from the Dashboard. Not happening.)

  Where you replace [blogname] with your blog name, of course.
