Wp-admin , enable cookies error

  I’m experiencing an issue with my WordPress admin dashboard:

  When I try to log in to wp-admin, I receive a ‘cookies are blocked’ error on the first attempt. However, if I click the login button again, it redirects me to the dashboard. Once logged in, I’m unable to save changes or perform actions such as disabling plugins. Additionally, when I open the site in an incognito window, it remains logged in, even though I expected a fresh session.

  I’ve already tried clearing the browser cache and disabling caching plugins, but the issue persists. Disable most of plugins.

  Has anyone encountered a similar problem or knows how to resolve this?
