WP Admin error

    Hy!
    Please help me… I started to build a website on wordpress, but had no time to work on it in the last times… Meantime my domain subsription expired (I hire domain on rackhost.hu) – I renewened it, and they said all my setups will set back…
    But since then, when I want to open WP Admin, there’s an error message:

    ‘Not Found
    The requested URL was not found on this server.
    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.’

    Or if I want to open my website, it says:
    ‘There has been a critical error on this website.’

    Please help me, how can I go on working on my website?

    (I use the free service of wordpress, building the pages with Divi, my webhosting service is Bluehost and I hire the domain from rackhost.hu… and my website wasn’t published yet..)

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you have trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites hosted on our servers.     It also was not using our backup product https://jetpack.com/upgrade/backup/ so we’re unable to directly assist with this.

    https://wordpress.org/support/ is an excellent resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    But in this case, I recommend contacting your hosting provider, as they may have kept a backup of your account with them: https://www.bluehost.com/contact
