Wp-Admin extension not working

  Hi guys,
  Can anybody help???

  Until 30 minutes ago, the admin login to my website was working fine. ie. http://www.cathiestankevitchfoundation.co.uk/wp-admin

  However, when I enter the above now, into the URL search bar, i’m getting the following message;

  ‘The http://www.cathiestankevitchfoundation.co.uk page isn’t working
  http://www.cathiestankevitchfoundation.co.uk is unable to handle this request.
  500′

  And the URL that I entered originally changes to the following;

  http://www.cathiestankevitchfoundation.co.uk/wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2F

  The website itself is loading fine by the way.

  Can anybody advise?
