WP-Admin font size
-
Hi, I’m aging, my eyes are aging so I’d like to be able to change the font size (maybe the font face too) in the WP-Admin pages because I’m finding the text too small, especially the editor which is the same size as in other pages of the WP-Admin section but I have to spend much more time reading, composing, editing and squinting at my compositions. Thanks
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

These Google fonts can be used free of charge on any theme.
https://en.blog.wordpress.com/2015/07/31/free-google-fonts/ and you will find them in the customizer https://en.support.wordpress.com/customizer/If you are referring only to the text inside of your posts and pages you can make some changes without an annually renewable upgrade.
For changing font families, colors and size in text in posts or pages either post by post or page by page by coding into the Text ie. HTML editor see http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/07/11/formatting-text-pt-5/
For changing font colors in text in posts or pages either post by post or page by page using the #4 icon (Select text color – change the text color) in Row 2 the Visual editor. http://en.support.wordpress.com/visual-editor/#row-2
To display the second row of icons, first select the toolbar toggle icon at the end of row 1 and click it. https://i0.wp.com/en.support.files.wordpress.com/2009/08/kitchensink.png
Then see here https://en.support.wordpress.com/visual-editor/#text-colorHowever, if you want to make any font changes to blog titles or widget titles then you need the premium upgrade bundle that includes the custom design upgrade in it.
See here for details on purchasing an annually renewable Premium or Business plan https://wordpress.com/pricing/ that contains a custom design upgrade required for CSS editing.
Note 1: Once you have the required upgrade you can use this link https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/css-customization#postform so you can create a thread that will appear in the CSS Forum where you will get the help you need with CSS editing.
Note 2: You can also post there prior to purchasing an upgrade to get an answer to whether or not what you want to do can be accomplished via CSS editing.

I see that the Happy Engineer form automatically inserted a link to one of my blogs but it is not about the blog per se but the WP-Admin pages which are the same for all of my blogs.

Oh dear! I see now that you meant in the admin area and we cannot change theme there, however, you can increase any font size in your browser.
change font size in browser -
When I just need to glance at something, I don’t mind the font being the size it is but when I am studying and concentrating and reviewing, etc, I find it is too small. Even if the WordPress engineers can’t (don’t want to) change the font face, having an option to enlarge the text would be nice. When I work on Word or other word processing, I find my default settings to be sufficient and I don’t need to make global changes to my system but you’re saying that I might need to make such global changes (at least, within the browser) to enlarge the font size in WP-Admin.
Please request this enhancement on my behalf.

You can make that suggestion in a thread in the Ideas Forum https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/ideas

Actually, this is not as clear as I would like. I have 2 WordPress blogs and strangely, the text font face and size in the Post editor is different in one than in the other.
One blog’s editor has a decent sized serif font and the other has a small sized sans-serif font.
