Wp-admin has different information to my wordpress account
-
I can edit the website through the wp-admin address linked to me. However when I log into wordpress.com it’s a completely empty profile with no purchases or websites. I’m trying to have my site appear on google and I need to find ‘My Site(s) → Tools → Marketing → Traffic.’. These options don’t appear in the wp-admin site and the wordpress login is empty… please help me.

Hi there,
http://www.rmphysiology.com.au/ is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. So we have no control over whether or not, nor how, your site is indexed by search engines. You won’t find the
My Site(s) → Tools → Marketing → Trafficoption on your site, because those settings are specific to sites hosted with us on WordPress.com, and don’t exist in the version of WordPress you’re using. How old is your site? If it’s still fairly new, you likely just need to wait. It takes eight to twelve weeks for search engines to index a new website, before the site will start appearing in search results.
That said, it might help to configure some SEO settings on your site. I found this page on the WordPress.org support site on the SEO options built into the open source version of WordPress:
https://wordpress.org/support/article/search-engine-optimization/
Most people also use a dedicated SEO plugin like Yoast SEO, or a multi-feature plugin with SEO features like Jetpack, to help you manage this. (Jetpack would also allow you to connect your site to WordPress.com, giving you access to some of our features, and allowing you to manage the site via your WordPress.com login.)
I recommend you read through that support article, and then you can use the tutorials that page links to for more help. You can also ask the WordPress.org community for advice in their forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
