wp admin isn't working

  i installed jetpack and i think it must be incompatible with something else cos as soon as i activated it my wp admin stopped working: i get a message saying my site can’t handle the request and HTTP ERROR 500. How do I fix when I can’t get into my wp admin to deactivate/delete jetpack????? Help

  Hi there,

  You can use ftp or your hosts control panel to delete the Jetpack folder from /wp-content/plugins/

  If Jetpack is causing the problem, deleting it should allow you to regain access to the admin.
