WP Admin link
-
My account on WordPress.com has a ‘WP Admin’ link per site that I’ve added under ‘My Sites’ and when I select one of them something adds this link to the Configure section (way down below). With a different account this link doesn’t show at all, and I wonder where I can enable this option in JetPack or something like Account Settings (when possible) because I can’t find it at all, and all help on WordPress.com refers to WordPress in general not WordPress.com menu’s and options.

You can access your WP Admin Dashboard with the more detailed items by adding /wp-admin/ to the end or your website address. For example, http://canibus.nl/wp-admin/

When I create a new account and a WordPress.com site (hosted online), I have no “WP Admin” link below Settings in the My Sites view of my site, under Configure. Therefore, I stil don’t know why I have it with my older account and which plugin or app is responsible for this.

Yes, if you set up a new site recently that wp-admin link won’t be there. They’ve removed it presumably to encourage use of the “new” interface. As Geoffrey said, you need to type /wp-admin after your site address and bookmark it in your browser for each new site you have.
