Wp admin login

  We logged in with admin username and password. All the information is correct and it logged in to the account but it is not allowing us to login to the admin dashboard. We checked the database and the capability is set to admin but still we could not access. As we debug it is not showing the admin user role in user data on the website.
  Please help me out.

  Hi there!

  To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:

  1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
  2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
  3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

  Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.
