  I built a site for my parents and am having trouble logging into their wp-admin screen, so I can change some stuff for them. They can’t remember which one of the emails they have to set up the website and lost the paperwork I wrote it down on. Can WordPress send a reset password email to whatever email is associated with the account, so I can make their changes?

  If none of the emails you enter in receive a password reset email, I suggest trying to recover your account with the Account Recovery form:
