wp-admin login doesn’t work on wordpress.com login

I’m trying to install Stripe, and to do so, I need to activate it by loggin in to WordPress.com
I am currently logged into my admin dashboard, but the same credentials don’t work on WordPress.com. I’ve double checked the admin profile details in the dashboard and the email and password I’ve got don’t work on WordPress.com.
When I try the email, it says there is no WordPress account related to this email. I have a username that works, but none of my password works for it.
1) What could be the problem?
2) How can I view the email related to the functioning username?Thank you.

Hi @marcokali, sorry you’ve had trouble! I’d recommend reaching out via Woo Sales since you can’t log in there yet:
Give them this username (marcokali) as well as any information you have form a WooCommerce account, if you’ve got one. They can help from there.

Your wp-admin login and your WordPress.com login will be different. You *should* be able to login to WooCommerce.com using your WordPress.com login, but if you cannot, that’s when you would reach out to sales. I hope that makes more sense!
