WP Admin Missing

  The WP Admin button at the bottom of my dashboard is not appearing. Just getting started and thinking I may have to update my version, but unable to do so.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Thanks loads. Using someone else’s computer and couldn’t see the tab in the browser.
