WP Admin not available

  I am inviting a new administrator and he is not seeing the option for WP Admin upder Settings in the left column. Therefore he cannot upload media.

  Has the other person received the email and accepted the invite?

  Yes and yes. he is listed as an admin but just can’t see the WP Admin portion. he can edit the pages, just not get to the media portion to add documents.

  What do you see here?
  https://pcdabaltimore.wordpress.com/wp-admin/users.php

  Is the username of that Invitee appearing there or not?
  If not, then what is the username of that person?
  And, do you see a pending Invitation for that person?
  Or have you approved the accepted invitation?
