WP-admin not coming up when typing in url

I have a website that was created via free word press and working until today. When I added a plug in, Health check, I cannot get into my website or WP-admin anymore. Any help is appreciate it. I keep getting redirection error, invalid name, etc.

It seems you have created the website using self-hosted WordPress.org software, rather than WordPress.com:

Also, You can rename the plugin folder which you have installed from the file manager, wp-content>> plugins, which will disable the plugin and you will be able to access the dashboard.
