I have 5 blogs here on wordpress and starting yesterday – everytime i try to get to my admin area, i get an error page.

My blogs are still working fine for readers – but I can’t get into any admin areas.

Can’t help but wonder if the bedroomsecretz blog fails the ToS as a “spam” blog…

error page – no page found
I get the IE error page, not a wordpress one

my security settings have not changed and I have never had problems before

spam – no – it’s not a spam blog. It is a personal blog were I share my beliefs on God, Marriage and sex – and how they all fit together. I do share product suggestions and specials (as I do on my wedding blog) as well as ideas for things couples can try (romantic and physical). Nothing illegal, no phishing or misleading:) You can read the My Story page if you want to know what my goal is with this one as that could start a whole new thread.

Um, please note that I personally ask that adult sites be tagged as such around here. Some of us spend time in this forum where we’re either monitored or have 80 year librarians peeking at our monitors from time to time. That’s just common sense when you post a link at a site where you don’t know the age level of the people visiting us here today. And yes we do have youngsters here from time to time. :)

Sounds more like a setting of some such in IE since that’s when you go from a normal http:// to a secure site with https://

Might also be a misconfiguation upon your ISP if you’re going through a proxy and they have something set up incorrectly on their end. (I don’t recognize your ISP so I can’t help there.)

It’s got to be something on either your end or your ISPs else these forums would be filled with threads of people complaining.

I’m sitting here looking at the security settings with IE 6.0.2900 but I can’t find it. I know our local county library system for the longest time did not allow secure sites to be viewed on their workstations. (Of course they also had readersdigest.com blocked because it was a porn site. *sigh*) I’m thinking that maybe you’re hitting the same thing here.

    Feedback sent.

budgetdreams – I would suggest that you read the TOS very carefully indeed, particularly section 2.

The blog above is marked as Mature.
