WP-Admin page wont load

Hi,
I am using wordpress for my website adelaideyouthgroup.com
Yesterday, I purchased the following theme (http://theme.co/x/) and uploaded it to my site
The theme was quite large (80mb) and was taking ages, so I left it to upload and went to bed.
This morning, I have come to use my site and I cant get to the wp-admin page. I can get to wp-login and that loads but times out as soon as I try to login.
I have managed to find a way to get the site to give me the following error message when i try to load the admin page
I have tried renaming all the theme folders that arent the defaults, I have treid disabling all then plugins by renaming the plugins folder and I have tried restoring from yesterday mornings back.
Some help would be greatly appreciated.
