WP admin panel issue

  hi,
  I’ve been having a strange problem for a few days. Everything in my wordpress panel works fine when I enter from mobile. But when I log in to the panel from the desktop, I do not see the comments that I approve while mobile, nor the article I just published. I did all the cache cleaning, but it just doesn’t turn normally. Has anyone experienced anything like this before?
