wp-admin redirect to wp-login

    Hi there,

    when I login wordpress.com, there is no issue. but when i access my wp-admin it redirect to wp-login and my login and password are wrong or unknown…

    This is pretty urgent and the live chat does not work, my messages are sent by email and it says 24to48 hours for an answer… I do not have that time!

    Hi @balifirstaid, it looks like you may hay have already disabled SSO and reset your password with help of direct support. If you need more help, can you respond to that latest email?

    Going forward, the direct support you get with your Business Plan is almost always faster than community help from the free forums. If chat isn’t working, I’d recommend asking for help resolving that so you’ll have the quick access you need.
