WP Admin Says my email doesn’t exist

  I let my jetback and hosting expire but have now renewed. Since then I can login to wordpress but when I try to login to WP admin to reconnect Jetpack it says my email address no longer exists. I’ve tried to reset my password but again it says that my username and email address don’t exist. What can I do to get help with this? My site is currently down so needing help asap.
