/wp-admin shows text rather than login screen

  The last thing I did in the WP dashboard was change the timezone. Once I hit Save Changes, this is the screen that I now get: https://323openenroll.com/wp-admin/

  Well, IT has since reinstalled WordPress so the admin login screen is back. We’ll see how long it lasts this time.
