wp-admin white screen of death, no ftp access

  Hi,
  I recently encounter the wordpress white screen of death while trying to login to the dashboard of my site. I am pretty sure that it is due to a custom plugin I wrote using too much memory, but I am unable to login to deactivate it. Additionally, I don’t remember the ftp credentials (I might never have set an account up) to ftp into the server and disable the plugins manually. How can I go about resolving this?

  There is no FTP access to wordpress.COM hosted sites.
  The white screen of death issue is a wordpress.ORG software issue.
