wp-admin/admin-ajax.php overloading the server

  hi,
  file wp-admin/admin-ajax.php is overloading my server.
  my hosting provider written me that: The web server had to serve these requests. Since these files are huge, each request was consuming a lot of outgoing bandwidth which means the server was overloaded and it could not serve other web page requests. Hence, we have suspended the website functionality of your account.

  Can you help me with solving my problem?

  We can only offer support for the blogs hosted at WordPress.com.

  Support for self-hosted WordPress.org blogs like the one you mentioned is done at http://wordpress.org/support/

  To clear things up, note that WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities and support is done separately.
