WP always ask for upgrade, even after upgrading

  Hi Guys, please.
  I do not know why, even if I make the upgrades I need, the left bar always shows me the same number of available upgrades, why ??
  I am working on localhost, I’ve installed the 3.4.1 WP and when I finish an authomatic upgrade the dashboard shows me the message “succefully updated” but, once again, upgrades will be always needed.
