WP blog layout doesn't look like the screenshot of the theme I've installed?

  I’m setting up a blog for my sister. Hosted on Bluehost. I’ve purchased and installed the Genesis Framework and the Lovely theme. But the blog doesn’t look anything like the theme screenshot I’m trying to achieve. The blog is here: http://www.marysorganicstories.com/
