WP Blog posts to Facebook Group?

  I have found plug ins that will send WP to a FB page or wall but not a group.

  Can I have posts on my WP Blog sent to my Facebook Group?

  And does the group have to public or will it work for closed groups?

  I forgot to mention. I want the blog to post to a group even if the poster is not a member of facebook.

  Right now I am using a test blog that I set up on a alternate site. I am not setting up anything on the main site until I decide what if anything will work.

  It would be a .com url set up on our own domain. It’s not a wordpress domain. Just curious but why does it matter? It could be anyname.com couldn’t it?

  No, it couldn’t. If it’s hosted here, it’s using WordPress.com software. If it’s hosted elsewhere, it isn’t. It’s using WordPress.ORG software, which is supported at the WordPress.org forums. The answers depend on what kind of blog it is.

  My blog isn’t built on a wordpress domain (wordpress.org, wordpress.com). I have downloaded wordpress into my existing .com website.

  So can I use wordpress and its plug ins to send posts made on my blog to a Facebook group site?

  If not. Under what circumstances could I do this?

  Does the FB group site have to be an open one?

  I’m surprised that there doesn’t seem to be much info out there on how to mix a blog with a facebook group.

  I found http://www.wpbook.net and might try it but hoped to hear from people who have had success with different programs.

  Just tried WPBook. It didn’t work with my WP version 4.1.1

  Doesn’t anyone link their blog to a Facebook group?
