Wp booking calendars

On the details page of the wp calendar options it claims that all calendars from Personal upwards support multiple properties, when when we tried this it didn’t!! my developer contacted support and even though it is in writing on the WP website, they say these calendars don’t support multiple properties, BUT they are working on it. Seems strange to advertise something the (paid) product can’t do???

What site are you talking about because your account doesn’t have a site running on the wordpress.com platform.

I have a site being built for me by a developer, which I will take over once completed. I have (as suggested) moved the domain to Bluehost and paid for hosting. The WP website will be transfered to me in the near future, but one of the reasons I chose WP was that they advertised booking calendar as a plug-in. My developer has contacted them, and they now say that their calendars don’t support two or more properties, where their website clearly states that they do.

You’re talking about a site that is not hosted with WordPress.com, it is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted on Bluehost, so you’ll want to look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ or contact the host (I understand the plugin was included in your plan?).
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
