WP cancelled my plan

I upgraded to a business plan, didn’t have what I needed for services and features. I cancelled my upgrade the same day but then my entire plan was cancelled! I already paid for this plan and want the “premium” plan still but now I don’t have access to it and no one will answer the chat to help me.

Just a quick heads-up for the future: when you upgrade from a lower-tier plan (like Premium) to a higher-tier one (like Business) and then cancel it, the site doesn’t automatically return to the old plan — it reverts to the free plan. That’s why the Premium plan disappeared, so you need to contact us.
Also, I noticed there isn’t a payment method added yet for your Premium plan. To make sure the renewal goes through smoothly, you can add one here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
