WP changed format of my pictures? – Why??

Hello – I am having the same problem…. images enlarged out of the blue…. messing up formatting. I have noticed it on three of my blogs lately:

Hi – hope you can help me, too!

Recently I noticed that, when reviewing my older posts, all of the smaller images that I had inserted into the posts had reverted back to their original sizes. I had spent a lot of time ensuring a standard 432 px photo width as part of my blog’s design, so went to the trouble of resizing the images when I wrote my posts. Now all that formatting has been lost and I’m, well, a bit upset and confused. BTW, all of the photos I inserted that were originally larger than 432 px wide appear correctly. Thanks for any input into this problem you may have. Cheers, Michael

It seems that my main blog posts have been fixed, but the “pages” are showing it’s full size.. (for example: http://justalillost.com/2012-challenges/2012-50bookpledge/) – I have it set to much MUCH smaller in the edit window…

Hello again, macmanx:

I’ve just noticed that, although your previous help changed my published posts, my drafts have not been changed to reflect my blog’s overall 432 px width per photo. Have you encountered this before? Here’s a link:

Most of the photos should be 432 px, the way I sized ’em (some exceptions are several at 600 and a few at 216 or 108)

Yes, Drafts are not affected by the fixer, only published posts.

You can try either re-inserting the image, or I can run the fixer again after you have published it.

I have had the same problem for a long time, more than a month. The pictures appear much too large. I have been told to ask for help here, at the WordPress forum.
