WP charged me for something that I cancelled within the time specified.

    You charged me for something and I have no idea why???
    $99 and I can’t even see in my account where it was applied and why.

    I have an additional blog for which I only have purchased domain name mapping. It had a free trial that I cancelled. My other blog didn’t need an additional upgrade because I was clear already with my premium upgrade up to date. I would like a refund and can’t even see where to request it now.

    It’s showing in my billing as being charged $0 but it’s showing in my bank being charged $99. I need someone to contact me now.

    It looks like you have WordPress.com Premium on weekendknitter.com. The WordPress.com Premium plan on your other site was cancelled.

    Let me know if you’re still seeing the charge on your bank statement and I can look into it!

    It was not fixed. The money was charged. Please fix it. Shame you all have no phone numbers.

    This was charged and it needs to be fixed because it is going to cause that account to be overdrawn. I’m in college right now and my funds are tight. Please fax 412-762-0397 to tell them on WP letterhead with my name and debit card number and date and amount of transaction, May 6th, $99 to have it reversed now. Not sure why that was put through since I cancelled using the email you provided in time. But I am sure that I will not try a free trial with WP anymore. This was not a good experience. Please fix it. Thanks.
