Hi there,
http://www.bmetservice.com is connected to a different account than the one you are contacting us from. Do you have access to another WordPress.com account? Once you log out of this account and log into the account that owns http://www.bmetservice.com, you will have access to the site.
Hopefully, this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance with finding the other account.
Thanks! -
Hi, Thanks for getting back to me regarding my site. The only site I have with WordPress (that I’m aware of) is bmetservice.com. If someone opened an additional account with WordPress, please make me aware of what and where it is. I can’t locate it.
Thanks

Hi there,
Is it possible you made your site under a different login?
I can confirm that your site is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @mesbmetservice login. If you do not recall how to log in to your other account you can fill out the form here to get assistance from our Account Recovery team: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
On that form you will be asked to provide a transaction ID for your purchase, which you can typically find on your credit card statement. More info on how to find that here: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id
Once you are connected to the correct account we are happy to help you with managing your account. Thanks!

Hi, Thanks for getting back to me. The login should be okay. To my knowledge, I have only one site http://www.bmetservice.com , no other account with WP. Under recovery, I found my receipt ID but can’t find the “activation URL or key” required to recover the account. The person I hired to set this account u is no longer available and I’m not that good with this stuff. I could really use some support and help to resolve this problem and help me gain access to my account so that I can make some changes. Thanks Joe

Hi there,
To clarify I can confirm that the domain is under a different account. To control the domain you need to access it.
I found my receipt ID but can’t find the “activation URL or key” required to recover the account.
That is fine. You do not need to provide all forms of proof on this form, so just entering the transaction ID should be sufficient. https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
You are unable to send the form if you enter the receipt ID? You are sure it matches the formatting shown here? https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id
Thanks!
