I need a WP account that my developer can use to create multiple WP websites for my clients. I need a WP database that I can install on my server for them to work in. What are the right steps to take to make this happen? I am very new to this world.

I need a WP account that my developer can use to create multiple WP websites for my clients.
We don’t offer developer accounts on WordPress.com but it is possible to create multiple sites within one account. The person creating the sites could use their own account and then transfer ownership of the site to another WordPress.com account once it is complete.
I need a WP database that I can install on my server for them to work in.
Database access isn’t available for WordPress.com sites. If this is something you need, installing WordPress.org software with another host may be a better option:
