  I never subscribed or even use wordpress (except signing up) yet they’ve charged me $44.66 in total and i don’t know why. Please help

  Hey there, you can enter your charge details on our secure site at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ to see if that charge is from WordPressdotcom. If it is, you can contact the billing team directly from that page.

  Hi there,

  The account you’re using to post here has never bought anything from us, and we don’t have a credit card on file for you that we could have charged. We also don’t sell any upgrade that costs $44.66, so I don’t think this charge is from us.

  Does it very specifically say “WORDPRESS” in the statement descriptor on your credit card statement? That should also be followed by a unique code containing letters and numbers (please don’t post that in the forums). If that’s not what you see on your statement, that charge isn’t from WordPress.com.

  If it does show that, please fill out the form at the link @justjennifer provided above to find out what site it is for.
