  Hello
  I am a new user and would appreciate help with two questions:
  1/ I cannot locate the wp config file (tried through the Cpanel)
  2/ How can I save changes before publishing ?

  It looks as though the website that you require assistance with is a self-hosted WordPress.org site rather than WordPress.com.
