  I am attempting to login to WP CMS panel and need to create new logins since the former webmaster is no longer available.

  I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

  However, Your login page can be found here: https://binzsoftwater.com/wp-login.php

  In case the admin name or password doesn’t work, you can reset the password by clicking on the “Lost password” link.

  WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere, so your hosting provider may be able to help you if you are still having problems.

  Thanks for your expertise. The site is hosted by Network Solutions and they told me they couldn’t help me; I had to go to WordPress for the answer. I have never been very confident in Network Solutions – they over charge and under perform.
