WP Crashing Server

I recently got this email from my server host:
Hi there Bernard, thanks for reaching out.It seems like this service was suspended for mass-stuck SQL queries, which caused the server to go under extreme load, affecting other customers.
We were forced to suspend the server in this instance.
I have provided a paste of the logs here :
