WP Crontrol plugin issue

  • Unknown's avatar

We received a notification informing us that WordPress caught an error with one of our plugins, WP Crontrol. It is not possible to access our dashboard normally so we are only able to access the website in recovery mode. When I accessed the website, it said the following under the WP Crontrol plugin: An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 45 of the file /www/wp-content/plugins/wp-crontrol/wp-crontrol.php. Error message: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/www/wp-content/plugins/wp-crontrol/vendor/autoload.php’ (include_path=’.:’) Are you able to inform us of what the problem could be and how we are able to fix the issue so that our website can function again?

The following information might be useful:
    WordPress version 6.0.1
Active theme: BASIS Website Theme (version 1.0)
Current plugin: WP Crontrol (version 1.13.2)
    PHP version 7.4.29

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Unknown
    Correct account: Unknown
