  Hi – is there any way to have always a smooth rotating tag cloud without needing a mouse-over to make it move?

  Not on wordpress.COM at the moment. The plugin you linked to only works for wordpress.ORG installs. Sorry!

  Just my opinion, but although the rotating tag clouds are “oh cool” for a moment, they are a pain in the but to use in most cases.

  ^I like them. They not only offer a more dynamic way of viewing WP Sites (and sites in general)…but they also help break-up a static vertical flow to sites.
