WP does not recognize my three email addresses and nickname when I log in.

    I need your help. I’m not able to access my site from WP … I’ve always gone straight from Bluehost but not WP.
    (I’m not sure where to contact)

    I was receiving an email informing me of the crucial information on the Florado-Channel Manager Plugin. It’s on my WordPress Admin Dashboard it says … not on the Bluehost dashboard.

    I do not know what happened, but WP does not recognize my three email addresses and nickname.
    But I do not know how to access this information?
    Can you help me? (my email is (email visible only to moderators and staff))

    The only way to log in to your site is at https://naturmall.online/wp-login.php. It seems to be connected to a wordpress.com account, but you are also able to log in using the credentials you choose when you set up that site.

    To add some more detail here, to access that site’s dashboard you need to log into the admin user account. That’s different from your WordPress.com account.

    The admin user account was set up when you created the site at Bluehost, and they would have emailed you the login details at the time. But if you’re not sure what those are, Bluehost support should be able to help you reset them, so your best option here is to contact their support.

    But as you have the site connected to your WordPress.com account with the Jetpack plugin, you should also be able to access the dashboard using Jetpack.

    At the login link @staartmees gave above I can see the Log in with WordPress.com button, which means you have Jetpack’s Single Sign-on feature activated. So if you just click that button while logged into this WordPress.com account, that should also log you into your site’s admin dashboard.
